Wood shredder MS-80BD of disk type with two input hoppers is designed for processing and disposal by shredding branches, vines, leaves, bark and other garden waste. The wood chipper turns the raw material into technological chips. The resulting chips can be 15, 20 and 25 mm in size. The wood chipper is equipped with 3 sieves for changing the fraction of the crushed raw material. Machine MS-80BD is able to cut branches with a diameter of up to 90 mm, depending on the humidity and wood species. The resulting wood chips can be used as fuel for pyrolysis and solid fuel boilers, fireplaces, stoves and other heating appliances. Wood chips can also be used as mulching material or plant fertilizer.

The main feature of the MS-80BD leaf chopper is its raw material loading system, which consists of two hoppers. The top loading hopper is designed for shredding leaves, bark and garden waste. The side loading hopper is designed for shredding branches with a diameter of up to 90 mm. The unloading of chips is carried out through a direct bunker embankment.

The working body of the MS-80BD wood chipper is a disk on which two blades made of steel 55VTsrV8 are placed. Without fail, the knives undergo a heat treatment process on a modern HDTV installation.

The performance of the MS-80BD wood chipper is a maximum of 3 cubic meters of finished products per hour. Productivity directly depends on the quality of preparation of raw materials and the number of personnel involved in the work.

The MS-80BD wood chipper is equipped with a 16 hp WEIMA gasoline engine. fuel consumption is only 800 g/h of A-92 gasoline. This engine is one of the highest quality in Ukraine, the company's service centers are located in each region. The engine is protected from overloads by a special clutch of our design. The engine is covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty.

The MS-80BD wood chipper is equipped with pneumatic wheels for easy movement of the chipper across the territory.

The grass chopper is equipped with a hook that is used to transport the mower with an ATV or walk-behind tractor. The hook can be easily removed when not needed or for storage.
